Video Creation 360 Support Center

Creating a video takes less than a minute:

1. Open Video Creation 360 and tap "Create New Video" on the welcome screen.
2. Select your preferred occasion (e.g. Birthday, Anniversary, Travel, or Custom).
3. Choose photos from your device gallery. You can drag and drop to reorder the sequence.
4. Select transition animations, background music, and frames.
5. Preview your creation in real time, then tap "Export" to save to your device!

Yes! In the editor screen, tap the Duration / Speed slider to adjust how long each photo stays on screen (from 1 second to 10 seconds per slide). You can apply the duration to all photos or customize them individually.

Yes. In the aspect ratio selector, you can switch between 9:16 (Portrait / Reels / TikTok), 16:9 (Landscape / YouTube), and 1:1 (Square / Feed). The app automatically fits or crops photos with elegant blurred background fills.

Yes. On the Music screen, tap "My Device Music / Custom Audio". Select any MP3 or audio file from your phone storage, trim the start and end points using the interactive waveform trimmer, and apply it to your video.

Open the audio mixer screen and tap the Microphone / Voiceover icon. Grant microphone permission when prompted, press Record, and narrate your memory as the slideshow plays. You can adjust the balance between background music and your voice.

Tap the Frames tab in the editor toolbar. Browse through occasion categories (Birthday, Wedding, Love, Festival, Vintage, Floral, Modern) and tap any frame to preview it instantly over your photos.

Yes! In the Text & Stickers screen, tap "Add Text" to type greetings or dates. You can select from 20+ designer fonts, pick colors, add shadows, and pinch to rotate or resize. You can also add balloons, hearts, confetti, and celebratory stickers.

When rendering completes, the video is saved directly into your device's native Gallery / Photos app in an album named "VideoCreation360". You can play, edit, or upload it like any standard MP4 video.

Video rendering requires device memory and free storage space. If an export fails:

1. Ensure your device has at least 500 MB of free storage space.
2. Close background apps to free up device RAM.
3. If using 50+ high-resolution photos, try splitting the project or reducing photo count.
4. Ensure Photo Library / Media permissions are allowed in device settings.

No. Your privacy is paramount. All photo processing, transition animations, and video encoding occur 100% locally on your device. We do NOT upload, copy, or store your private photos or videos on external servers.

• Photos / Media Library: Needed so you can pick photos to include in your video and save the final rendered video back to your gallery.
• Camera (Optional): Needed only if you wish to snap a live photo directly into a project.
• Microphone (Optional): Needed only if you use the live voiceover recording feature.

Since your projects are stored locally on your device, you can clear all draft projects at any time through Settings → Clear App Storage or by opening your device Settings → Apps → Video Creation 360 → Storage → Clear Data.
