• Selected Photos & Images: Photos you choose from your device gallery or snap via camera to include in your video projects.
• Custom Audio & Voiceovers: Audio files selected from your phone for background music, or voice recordings made through the live voiceover feature.
• Project Customizations: Slide durations, selected transitions, decorative frames, text captions, and stickers.
• Rendered Videos: Final MP4 video exports generated by the app, saved directly into your device's native photo/video gallery.

* Crucial Note: None of your photos, audio tracks, or exported videos are ever transmitted to or stored on our external servers.

B. Technical Diagnostics & Analytics (Non-Identifiable)

• Device Specifications: Device model, operating system version (e.g. Android 14, iOS 18), system language, and screen resolution.

• Local Rendering Engine: All image cropping, frame overlaying, 3D transition rendering, and audio multiplexing are executed entirely using your device's local hardware (CPU/GPU/MediaCodec).
• Zero Cloud Photo Storage: We do not operate remote servers that store, catalog, scan, or analyze your photo libraries.
• No Facial Recognition or Biometrics: The app does not analyze, extract, or store facial geometries or biometric identifiers from your photos.

Video Creation 360 is supported through advertising to keep creation tools accessible. We integrate Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) in strict accordance with Google Play and Apple App Store policies:

• Google AdMob: May collect anonymous device identifiers (such as Google Advertising ID or IDFA) to deliver advertisements. You can personalize or reset your ad preferences at any time in your device system settings:

A. Removing Projects & Media Locally

1. Inside Video Creation 360, delete any draft video project by tapping the trash icon on the project card.
2. To delete exported videos, remove them directly from your device's native Gallery / Photos application.
3. To completely purge all temporary cache and local settings, navigate to your device Settings → Apps → Video Creation 360 → Storage → Clear Data / Clear Cache.
4. Uninstalling the app removes all internal sandboxed draft files immediately.

8. Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)

Depending on your location, you hold legal rights regarding your information under GDPR and CCPA:
