- Device & Usage Data: Device model, operating system version, app version, language preference, and anonymous performance analytics to troubleshoot crashes and improve app stability.
- Transient Audio Data: When voice narration / read-aloud features are utilized, audio playback is generated dynamically and processed securely. We do not store or record private audio conversations.

StoryBuilder incorporates advanced generative technologies to produce engaging narratives and creative reading materials.
- Transient Prompt Processing: Story prompts and creative inputs are transmitted securely via encrypted channels (HTTPS/TLS) exclusively to generate the requested story.
- No Public Model Training on Private Data: Your personal identity and private account information are not used to train public generative AI models.
- Safety Filters: All prompts and generated outputs pass through automated safety filters to prevent inappropriate, harmful, violent, or adult content.
5. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
StoryBuilder is designed to be a safe, wholesome, and educational storytelling companion for families and young readers.
- We adhere to the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K).
- We do not knowingly collect or solicit personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union) without verified parental consent.

- All payments are processed exclusively and securely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play).
- Cruz Mobile Solutions does not collect, receive, or store your credit card or financial payment details.
- You can manage or cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple ID or Google Play Account settings.
8. Account Deletion & User Rights
In full compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1(v) and global privacy laws (GDPR / CCPA), you have complete control over your account and data.
How to Delete Your Account In-App:
- Open the StoryBuilder app on your device.
- Tap the Profile / Settings icon in the top navigation.
- Scroll down to the Account section and tap "Delete Account".
- Confirm your request. Your profile, synced stories, and preferences will be permanently erased.
9. Data Security & Retention
We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL/TLS encryption in transit) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
We retain your personal data only for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the services. When you delete your account, your data is promptly purged from our active databases.
