Welcome to BlowBalloon ("Blow Balloon", "the App"), a fun interactive balloon inflating and popping mobile game developed and operated by Cruz Mobile Solutions ("we", "our", or "us").
BlowBalloon is designed as a family-friendly game featuring playful cartoon worlds, balloon party challenges, giant balloon inflation tests, and 150 exciting levels across 5 colorful themes.
We believe in total privacy by design. We recognize that players—including children and families—deserve absolute peace of mind. This Privacy Policy details our data practices and strictly explains how permissions (specifically device microphone sound-level detection) function within the game.
2. Microphone Permission & Real-Time Audio Decibel Processing
BlowBalloon features a signature interactive mechanic where players can blow into their device's microphone to inflate on-screen balloons.
The microphone is used STRICTLY AND SOLELY AS A REAL-TIME DECIBEL / SOUND AMPLITUDE INPUT CONTROLLER.
- No audio is ever recorded, stored to local files, or saved on any media.
- No audio or voice telemetry is ever transmitted off your device or uploaded to the cloud or third-party servers.
- No voice recognition, speech-to-text, or audio biometric analysis is performed.
Technical Functionality: When the blowing mechanic is active, the app's local audio module briefly reads the current ambient sound pressure level (amplitude / decibels) in volatile RAM memory. This numeric value is converted into balloon inflation velocity and immediately discarded within milliseconds. At no point is an audio file created or persisted.
Optional Touch Controls: Granting microphone permission is optional. If you decline microphone access, you can enjoy all game modes using the intuitive Tap to Inflate touch mode in Settings.
3. Local Storage & Offline Data
BlowBalloon is built with an offline-first architecture. All gameplay elements and user configurations are stored locally on your physical device using local key-value storage (AsyncStorage):
- Game Progress & Level Mastery: Current world, unlocked levels (out of 150), star ratings, and boss completion statuses.
- In-Game Rewards: Accumulated balloon coins and unlocked visual balloon skins.
- User Preferences: Sound effects volume toggle, vibration/haptics toggle, selected visual theme (Party Sky, Candy Pink, Sunset, Beach, or Galaxy), and tutorial hint flags.
- Input Calibrations: Selected blowing mode (Microphone vs. Tap) and microphone sensitivity threshold.
Because this data resides solely in your device's isolated application sandbox, Cruz Mobile Solutions cannot access, inspect, or retrieve your game save files remotely.
4. Children's Privacy (COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance)
BlowBalloon is crafted for players of all ages, including children and families. Protecting young players' privacy is of paramount importance to us.
- COPPA & GDPR-K Compliance: We strictly comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR-K) in the European Union.
- No Personal Identifiers Collected: We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, precise GPS locations, physical addresses, or any other personally identifiable information (PII) from children or any users.
- No Public Chat or Social Uploads: There are no open chat rooms, user forums, or user-generated content sharing channels within the app.
- Google Play Families Policy Compliance: BlowBalloon complies with all Google Play Designed for Families and Apple Kids / Family safety requirements.
5. Advertising & Analytics
To support ongoing development and updates of BlowBalloon as a free-to-play title, the app integrates industry-standard third-party developer SDKs:
A. Google AdMob Advertising
- We utilize Google AdMob (Publisher ID:
pub-6345735305677647) to serve occasional non-intrusive banner and interstitial advertisements between gameplay sessions. - Family & Child Safety Settings: Ad requests are configured in accordance with Google's Child-Directed Treatment guidelines (COPPA tag enabled). Ads served in family and children contexts do not perform behavioral remarketing or personalized interest profiling.

B. Firebase Analytics & Crash Diagnostics
- We implement Google Firebase SDKs solely to gather aggregated, anonymous diagnostic metrics (such as crash stack traces, app launch latency, device manufacturer, and OS version).
- These telemetry events do not contain personal identities and are used solely to fix bugs, optimize graphics performance, and ensure broad device compatibility.
6. Device Permissions Explained
BlowBalloon requests only the minimum permissions necessary to function:
- RECORD_AUDIO (Microphone): Required strictly for real-time sound amplitude detection to inflate balloons when using blow mode. Sound is never recorded or saved.
- VIBRATE: Used solely to provide tactile haptic feedback when balloons inflate, wobble, bounce against obstacles, or pop. Can be toggled on/off in Settings.
- INTERNET & ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: Required to retrieve AdMob ad units and Firebase crash logs. The core balloon gameplay functions entirely offline without active internet.
7. User Rights & Data Reset
You have full autonomy over your gameplay data and preferences:
- Instant In-App Progress Reset: You can wipe all levels, coins, unlocked skins, and settings at any time by navigating to Settings → Reset Progress inside the app.
- Device Level Data Clearance: Uninstalling the application or selecting "Clear Data" / "Clear Storage" in your device's system settings will completely erase all local files permanently.
- Permission Revocation: You can revoke microphone permission at any time through your device's Settings (under Privacy → Permissions → Microphone) and switch to the Tap-to-Inflate mode.
8. Data Security Architecture
Cruz Mobile Solutions employs rigorous technical and operational security measures:
- On-Device Isolation: All game data is locked within your device's sandboxed operating system environment.
- Secure Network Transit: Any diagnostic or advertising network requests utilize industry-standard HTTPS/TLS encryption.
- No Centralized Databases: We do not operate remote databases storing user profiles, credentials, or private gameplay metrics.
